ZAFRA DESIGN zealously complies with the processes inherent to the design and construction of its boutique houses. Initially, we schedule meetings with the client to analyze various design alternatives; then prepares a draft to be studied with rigor, patience and sufficient time, until defining the final architectural project, which includes plans, budget and work schedule.

When the client requires it, ZAFRA DESIGN renders exterior and interior visualizations of the architectural project in real time, with technological resources inherent to virtual reality. It is an operation of images and sounds, in which the client is immersed in an experience so realistic that it allows them to visit all the spaces in their home as if they were present.

Once the definitive architectural project has been resolved, ZAFRA DESIGN designs the structural part and electrical, gas, plumbing, sewerage and more installations, in order to give the residence the functionality it requires to be inhabited.
